Crazy Glazing is a vibrant, colourful and welcoming “Paint Your Own Pottery studio” located in Fitzwilliam Court, just off Fitzwilliam Square in the heart of Wicklow Town. Pottery Painting is a fun and creative event for children & adults alike.
With a capacity to seat up to 40 people and open 6 days a week during school holidays and half terms and Tuesday to Thursday afternoons and weekends/Bank Holidays during the school year, you can walk in OR ring ahead and book if you have a group of more than 4 people to ensure availability. You select a piece of pottery, with a choice of over 300 items from figurines to homewares, with the cost ranging from as little as €12.00.
Siobhan Brennan of Crazy Glazing is passionate about sharing the fun that can be had, and offers lots of help and guidance to those taking part.
Crazy Glazing is the perfect venue for Birthday Parties, Groups from Youth Clubs to Active Retired, Special Needs, School Tours, Workshops & Camps during School Holidays. Wine & Design is a popular monthly event for adults, on the first Friday of each month from 8-10.30 p.m. Adults can bring their Vino (or soft drinks) & friends to paint & relax in a very social surrounding. Crazy Glazing can also be booked for private pottery painting events on other evenings for groups of 8 or more.
Crazy Glazing also create Signature Plates for any event from Birth through to Retirement and everything in between. This is where we create a “Guest Plate” as opposed to the traditional Guestbook for an event. Working closely with you (by phone/email/call in) we try and gather as much information about whom the plate is for, in order to make it as personal as is possible.
The artwork is then completed and the plate is glazed and fired. It is then taken to your event and all your guests sign their greetings & wishes – capturing the memories of your Special Day.
